Celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. with the George Washington Carver Museum
Stay at home and attend this virtual and honor Dr. King’s birthday. The Carver Museum is offering a free double feature, where they’ll virtually screen King in the Wilderness followed by We Are the Dream. Laugh Along with Comedian Bret Ernst
The Romo Room presents the next act in their Celebrity Headliner Series: Bret Ersnt of Cobra Kai and Comedy Central’s This is Not Happening. Hosted by The Brass Tap, both early and late showtimes will be offered and pre-paid dinners will be available for purchase. Tickets are available in two or four seat tables, starting at $45.

Admire Bull Riders at the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour
Put your boots on and attend the Professional Bull Riders 2021 kick off of the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour. As part of the H-E-B Center’s Safe & Sound Series, social distancing protocols will be in place and tickets will be sold in pods of 2 to 6 seats.
Enjoy Local Music and Farm Fresh Bites at Vista Brewing
Vista Brewing’s Live on the Lawn outdoor event will take place this Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m., featuring a free and all-ages performance in the Hill Country Galleria. BYOC (bring your own chair) and pick a spot in the grass to enjoy a show by Americana musician Tom Deatherage as part of their their family-friendly songwriter series. To stock up on snacks during the show, head over to Vista Brewing’s Pop-Up Beer Garden which is currently offering farm-fresh goodies.

Get excited for a weekend of “tails and trails” at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. This Sunday they’ll be offering special $5 admission prices for pups from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Marvel at Art Presented by Big Medium and PrintAustin
The Contemporary Print: 5×5, the latest exhibit from Big Medium and PrintAustin, explores printmaking from around the world by showcasing artists such as Oliver Pilic (Kamnik, Slovenia) and Cleo Wilkinson (Melbourne, Australia).
